	THE SPECIALTY COFFEE OPEN TO PASSAGE IN ECUADOR Association of producers of this grain was created Nowadays Special coffee represents a 20% in the World Coffee Market. Inside this sector, the Ecuadorean production is considered by the specialists as one of the best in America. Among these Special coffees, there are the Organics, those related with the Fair Trade, Ecologic, flavored, “gourmets”, shade-grown. But all this range of aromas do not reach yet a higher place in the market, due to the lack of knowledge and information. And due to these two factors last October 27th, 2006 In Ecuador was constituted the Asociation of Specialty Coffees of Ecuador (Acede). Through this Association, Producers and Exporters will be helped with qualification strategies in order to increase their sells to United States, Europe and Japan. This Association has the sponsorship of the Corporation of Exports and Investments (Corpei) and of Expoecuador, too. Mr. Wilson González is the President of Acede. He says that this new Institution will help to explode new resources that did not were exploded before because of the lack of this kind of Institution, which will increase exports and in consequence will generate new jobs.
